Hey there! My name is Jonathon and I love sitting with people and getting to hear their stories. I received my masters degree in clinical counseling from Columbia International University. I use a variety of evidence based practices such a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy but at the end of the day, the best service I can offer clients is a safe, non-judgmental space to engage stories with curiosity.
